Babies – From one month old and introduction to the water, getting comfortable, knowing how to roll over and float and enjoy the water.
Toddlers – Learning to be comfortable in the water while learning to move through the water to safety is a priority. Learning basic swim strokes and enjoying the water.
Youth– Learn to swim the CORRECT way. Whatever level or age, I will teach your child the proper way to swim so they do not need to re-learn later.
Teenagers– Uncomfortable in the water? Private lessons help your teen not feel embarrassed with their lack of ability. I empower them to learn and feel the sense of accomplishment. Taught at their comfort level.
Need to brush up for swim team? Lisa has the vast experience with swim teams, all strokes and can give a good workout 🙂
