About Us
Lisa Worthington is the founder, owner, head swim instructor, and triathlon coach. She learned to swim at a young age, competed through the collegiate level and has continued swimming competitively through her adult life.

Experience
Lisa has been teaching swim lessons for over 40 years. Lisa is a triathlete competing in triathlons of all distances for 30 years, and coaching swim teams for over 20 years.

Over the years, Lisa has put together a team of outstanding swim instructors who are ready to meet the instructional needs of all of our students. Our instructors on average have over 10 years teaching experience.
